GREEK MARINATED SEAFOOD

4 Serves

INGREDIENT
500g mixed seafood (e.g. chunks of salmon, white fish, prawns, calamari, mussels etc.)
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
2 cloves garlic, well chopped
1-2 lemons, quartered to serve

METHOD
1. Stir together well, and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
2. Stir fry until seafood is opaque and fish flakes easily.
3. Serve with lemon quarters and mixed, steamed vegetables or salad.
